After much fiddling yesterday, I finally figured out my controller and was able to control the lights. Today I spent a few hours translating the Flash files over to the Vixen sequences and gave it a test run. Works like a charm!
I’ve got a video of the Nutcracker Russian music below that I took from the house. It’s not really that bright, the camera just doesn’t adjust that well to low light. Needless to say, we’re only showing them between 6-8 until the holidays.
I hope to program some slower songs tomorrow and get a good 5 songs playing on rotation by the weekend. If you’re in the area, come on by!

Hello to Perry Creek. I stumbled across your review of the Kodak cam corder and iMove, very helpful. Then I noticed a link to your other project. So I have checked it out and read all of the instructions and notes. WOW, what a huge help and a great idea. I am very impressed with what you have accomplished. I have watched all of the movies and chuckled, laughed and enjoyed all of them. I think I may be sharing this idea with my boss. We have a model home and huge timber frame sign pylon that could be a great setting for something like this. I am almost afraid to tell him, since I will be the one who gets the job of doing it, sigh, but what fun. Lets see if I can squeeze another 40 hours out of my 80 hour work week, hehehe… Keep up the great work. I have already shared this link with several like minded and creative friends. Who knows, you may be seeing flashing lights to the far north. We will just have too blame you for this. Well, back to work for me. We will let you know if anything comes of it.
